so, olympic concluded last night, what an event it was! n it is good to see David Beckham kicking a ball again. the best olympic seen so far, can London beat Beijing? i doubt it..

most touching moment: Dat german guy won the weightlifting n poor Liu Xiang

most cocky: Usain Bolt 100m.. super fast!
most disappointing: Men football final n most of women's football matches... lackluster!

what else.. hmm.. oh.. i wonder how did the chinese govt manage to find a lot of cute chix who can play traditional music instruments?(during the closing ceremony) it is either u play traditional instruments or u r hot, rarely seen hot ppl playing traditional instruments, n finding thousands of them?those headhunters r really doing their job, congrats2!!

08 final fixture + AAMI + Hindmarsh

the final fixture of 2008, away games at the South Adelaide Panthers. i took the 9.02 am train to Noarlunga Ctr, and get off at the Christies Beach station, and Murry picked me up and drove me to the ground. the result of the seniors game is important as Enfield n Panthers r battling to avoid relegation. the Enfields r hoping dat the Panthers will not gain 3 points, while they need a win on top of dat.

so the results r: (Panthers vs Foxes)
U-19: 1-1
Reserves: 2-1
Seniors: 1-0

big relief for the Panthers, and a big celebration it was at their clubhouse (??!!). The seniors'captain gave me a lift back to the city, and he phoned his bro, who is the Enfields' captain to check out the condition over at the Enfields ground. he felt bad for his bro. Enfield won 4-0, but will be relegated to the state league next season.

Many thx to the ppl who helped me a lot at the club. looking 4wd to next season!

week 17, i knew it, i got it wrong the last time. last saturday was the last home game, n it was a good one. against Comets, all clean sweep for us. so it's all good, eventhough the weather was terribel (hail, heavy rain, muddy, etc etc)

results: Foxes vs Comets
U-19: 6-2
Reserves: 1-0
Seniors: 1-0

next week will b the last fixture of the season, which means this thursday will b the last Woolies day. T_T

another flight misery + MC08

another day, another shit.

recieved an email about clinics next yr, n the pre-clinics gonna start on 2/02/09, n my flight KL-Brisbane will b on the 15th of the same month. WTF. so i emailed the lecturers, n their respond was surely disappointing:

Mr X: Change the ticket! (not possible, stated in the condition of the sale)

Mr X: next time check the study timetable 1st ( i bought the ticket last 2 fucking months, dickhead!)

Ms Y: if u cant attend pre-clinics, it is reccomended for u not to enrol in the clinics next yr bcoz of high risk of failing (fair enuf.. then hav to waste another 6 months??)

so, i went to MAS, purchasing another ticket is the only option.

so another $400+ disappear from my account, will depart Malaysia on the 1/2/09 0800, n scheduled to arrive in Adelaide 2150.

congrats Uni, u really know how to make me spend big!
