i dunno if this blog is still relevant to people, n if there're still people reading it other than myself, but maybe one day when i'm a prime minister, or waiting for the death sentence in jail, ppl will be offering money for this autobiography.

1. Work

i think careerwise, i wish the Pantai offered me the job before i accepted this one. not the best, but quite a humbling one. i learnt, and still learning a lot from this people, some of them centenaries, about life. i will try to put a few here in later posts.

2. Life

WTF is dat? this feels like foreveralone but worse. but can't really complaint. siapa ada jumpa awek cun* yang sanggup nk dtg sini dok dgn aku, silelah kontek aku secepat mungkin. all-inclusive. the earlier the better. or maybe i should apply for a position at the nearby HJs to keep me busy at night.

3. Queensland

i prefer Adelaide more. something im more familiar with, and cheaper public transport. just going to the beach and back last saturday on the bus cost me about $8. padan muka aku. ombak dah la tahap surfing, boleh dapat sixpac dengan duduk dibantai ombak je. kepala pon boleh concussed. berasap je tengok budak2 nih bersnorkling tiap2 hari cuti. dem ah. skang nih musim ujan, apa lagi boleh pergi kerja pakai kasut futsal pakai alasan kasut basah akibat hujan.

4. Bola

physically, i had a session of ball-kicking with 3 other local dudes last sunday, and that's about it. yup pocketball is never considered a non-contact sport. virtually, it has been quite frustrating for Arsenal Fans. TW14 is shit n does not deserve the starting 11. like RvP, i would have thought Wenger to sub TW14 with Arshavin, but well... enjoy the song...

1. to stay or not

pretty much depends on this few coming days. the whole IELTS thing has been frustrating for me, but at the end of the day, u just have to accept it and move on. i was singing in my head verses from old songs which sounds like

"jangan difikir derita akan berpanjangan, kelak akan membawa putus asa pada tuhan..."

i guess that was why i smirked when my father told me to do increase my tahjjud etc.

the next few weeks are going to be busy with stuffs which i am uncertain of.

I'm thinking of travelling interstate n NZ within the next 2 months, but we'll see. planning for these travelling stuff is too much of a pain in the backside.

4. others

while m'sians r complaining of heatwaves, here it has been raining non-stop for 2 days. the temperature dropped to around 11C, but still who wears a shirt in the house, rite?

cycling in the rain, that is something different!

since sekarang nih aku tgh in the market for basikal untuk aku n abg aku, n pok kem, meh aku cte sikit pasal basikal, especially roadbike. kalau korg nk bli roadbike ini adelah bende2 yg perlu diusha.

i) brand: xpenting. brand ape pon lebey kurg aje unless korg nih tahap athlete olympic or kalau kompeni tuh nk sponsor korg. kalau sponsor, korg bedal je r.

ayah, umi n mama

all praise to God, everything went well, except that i wont have my on-stage grad pic due to a string of miscommunications, which i only have myself to be blamed, but certain things are easily to get over with.

the apartment was more than sufficient, the car was excellent, everything went accordingly as planned, and i still left with a significant amount of money in the bank. good to know that i wont have to rob a bank or go all-out busking at Rundle Mall, anytime soon.

graduation was ok. i'm yet to reap the benefit of it so far, but you got to make do good of what you've got, i believe i embraced the convo spirit whole-heartedly. a 'compulsory' part of my life is done n dusted... at least for now.

it was kinda dream, everything seemed so out of my world. the feeling of disbelief still lingers around my head for me to digest. it was a week that is totally contradict everything that im familiar with. such an upheaval it was, the whole experience.

having my parents here was a bless itself, never-mind the Audi, comfy apartment, jacuzzi n stuff. but at the end of the day, i opted to sleep on the floor in front of the tv.

my sincere apologies go to all those who weren't invited to the dinner. it was such a secluded, secured apartment that i already start developing arthritis from repetitive card tagging to open the door.

it was a different kind of experience. this is not the 1st time i stayed at a country place, but it did not fail my expectation. well, the 1st time i was on a farm, i shot guns. it requires something special to top that but Lameroo was special in it's own way.

i got to drive a big farming tractor n herded sheep, woke up to a vast uninterrupted view, had quiet and peaceful nights. sounds like im ready for retirement already.

Rufat, a dude from Azerbaijan, and i were blessed to be placed with a lovely couple as our host. we stayed on their farm estate, and helped them with sheep n stuff.

went snorkling at Pt Noarlunga last sunday despite of the unpermissible weather. the water was as cold and the waves was rough. a few people were drifted away but nobody died; whatever happened in between really did not matter. oh except that ugly sound made by ikhwan when he was kinda drowning. that's funny as.

the zoo was no different to other zoos i've been, n the pandas were.... pandas. they dont juggle balls, they even have problem touching their own ball themselves.

if anything i've learnt post IB, it is to accept failure as it is with open heart. i flunked the writing part and got 6.5, .5 short of the much needed 7. other components score are >7. i guess it's the handwriting and lack of practicing of the summary part which let me down.

well done AHPRA, because of your new regulation the IELTS-conducting companies r richer. imagine there were 92 A4 paper, with 14 names of candidates on each A4 paper, and each and every candidate paid AUD319 (GST incl)

that is a whopping AUD410,872 in half a day! im so going to stuff my physio careerpath for that kind of money.

now the academic part. the listening was not worth of mentioning, the reading was ok, the writing... ah the writing was not as good as expected. only now i can appreciate why ppl put craps in IELTS essay. u dont get enough time, and my handwriting is bloody shocking since circa 1992 anno domini.

the speaking part was a WTF kind of moment where u knew that the interviewer doesn't give a shit on what u r going to say as long as u talk. so hopefully i did alright for this part, n for the other part as well.

so finger-crossed, leg crossed, boob-crossed, and if u happen to have 2 penises, or the one which branches into two, please get them crossed for me as well. i need ur kind of luck too.

since im preparing for my IELTS test in a few weeks, i will be writing in standard English, which means less swear vocabs for you guys. well, suck it up, u can always continue reading the day after if u dozed off midway through.

so 2010 had gone past, leaving a lot of memories and emotions to remember. if you are one of my keen follower, religiously reading my blog week-in week-out, you surely well-informed of what sort of things i am talking about (and i can imagine how boring your life is to find my life interesting), nevertheless i am more than delighted to rewrite some of 2010 highlights, from memory, the good and the not-so-good one of course!

the good ones:
- met and spent a couple of month with the 2 newborns in Malaysia
- world cup 2010
- passed all the subjects, thus graduated.
- Harimau Malaya won the two titles.
- some bad-ass dude died

the sad/upsetting/less-happy ones:
- back-stabbed by project partner
- the diagnosis of one of the 2 boys
- got lost in the hills on Christmas day
- some good people passed away

i think you all can see that i am losing points to write on, and surprising enough, not many things happened throughout the year, which we nagged times and times about, are not significant at all to hang around in our cerebral cortex.

all in all, 2010 was a year which i had been over-cautious, study-wise especially, due to all the things that happened in the past 2-3 years. 2010 thought me to spend more times with family and friends, to appreciate little things around me(flat chested chicks? no not that kind of 'little things'). it was a challenging year full of possibilities, yet a very kind and humbling year in comparison to previous years. all praise to God the ever-perfect planner.

my plan for 2011 is to fulfil my IELTS test to the required level of achievement, to find a job, to find a wife, n hopefully get marry as soon as possible...

BECAUSE THE WORLD IS BLOODY DOOMED IN 2012! WAHAHAHAHAHA

3. Ashes

ayam gila oz boxing day 1st innings. very slim hope left for the oz to win the urn.

4. Tour Down Giler 2010

the plan was a 48kms cycle up Mt Lofty summit again, but this time via Gorge rd, which shouldt take more than 2-3 hours. but... something didnt go to plan.

in red: the deviations.

there are a few things i learnt:

1. They have a really2 poor signage around the hills area
2. Google map is not that reliable
3. to bring a map next time/gps
4. who's up for cherry picking? apple picking? lychee picking? strawberry? let's cycle there.
5. keep urself hydrated. i only had coffee n biscuits for breakfast n 2 short choc bar all day.
6. the signage is really bad around there. ah i already put it at no 1 but seriously, it's really bad.

somewhere between Ashton-Summertown. a really steep descend. u cant see the bottom when u r on top of the hill, n u cant feel the steep climb due to the carrying speed when going down.

the stats: (if u r into stats)
total kms: 124.94 km
max speed: 78.0 km/h
average speed: 22.0 km/h
total time cycling (berenti solat n mkn2 donat umh sarah excluded): 5h37m25s

could have gone quicker if i know my way around, nevertheless a very very embarrassing average speed n time.

i was quite disappointed that i only reached the Crafers after 100+kms, and i think i made the right decision of not climbing up the summit, n just enjoy the ride downhill from there. what a memorable christmas day for me. suprisingly, it wasnt too tiring at all. i was working 12-8.30pm yesterday. double pay beb!

1. tragedi hari sabtu

we passed our clinical placement at tQEH last friday at about 12+pm. so while i went away for my friday prayer, trish n masa spent some time eating icecream at a nearby cafe.

the next morning at about 6+am, i suddenly remembered that i think i might hav left my signed stuffs at the tQEH, which was the freaking truth. i gave trish a call straight away to ask her abt the weekend physio office hour (apparently she left her whole bag in Masa's car on friday hahahaha), n then rang masa to get him to check his car, in case i left it there, but sadly again, that wasnt the case.

so my impulsive n quick decission making ability took over my logic therefore i came out with a brilliant idea

"i'm going fishing today!"

nah, more like this one...

"i'm going to cycle to tQEH, now!"

so i got there within 40 mins, waited n waited until 8+am, when Paul appeared with the key to the department. i thanked him then rushed into the office to retrieve such important documents, as well as i grabbed a couple cup of coffee n biscuits while i was waiting for the rain to ease off a bit.

since i gotta b at work at 11am, i was forced to cycle in the rain on the way back. stopped a while at a BP near my place to clean up chainparts and gears, then this happened.

jangankan kevlar, burujim musyayyadah pon boleh tembus

never had any puncture like this one before, the tyre and the tube were slit mercilessly. i ended up playing my final emergency card, to rang fared to pick me n my crooked bike up.

2. my final submission?

i finished working on sunday night at 8.30pm, got home at abt 9pm with the final EBP assignment lingering subconsciously in my brainstem, telling me "u shud have done it earlier, now suck it up @#$%$#$!". suddenly, a very strange landline no appeared on my phone screen. so i picked it up...................

so it was trish calling me using her neighbour's phone (fuh~~!), n she found out that her signed document went missing too, so she might have to scavenge the physio dept office the early next morning, or she might have to embarrass herself to ask her supervisor to sign the paperwork again. (ahahahahaha, good to know that im not the only one in misery)

i did what all men do, i laughed! n then i gave some advice, then i continue laughing again. dunno what was the outcome, hopefully she found it.

the next day, it was a race against time. i did managed to submit it before the due date, with crappy grammar n some error in the numbers n stuffs, but considering automatic 10% per day deduction for late submission... im on a very tight gamble at the moment, which i may regret in a few week time.

so what's done is done. im taking 5 days break off work n just spending some time with graduating friends.

i believe the last week was quite busy eversince i came back from my long holiday in malaysia. no, i was not occupied by my part-time work as i already cut my no of shifts per week as well as im only waiting for next season for the trainer work with cumberland utd, speaking of which, is already relegated back to premier league with a few matches to go.

i think im spending too much time with frens n at frens' places. u shud already known dat i fancy sleeping over at others' places, wilcox st to name one. i never failed to spend a night there, weekly for the past 2-3 yrs. so we had makan2 x2 last week for mejat's bday. well, the bday is surely just an excuse. so umah2 yg aku selalu lepak2 tuh, it's just a matter of time, iA. stayed up pretty much the whole night despite that i cycled 40kms+worked for 4 hrs+half-nandos-chicken. packed up all the remaining food left in my burrow+freezer, all the chocs n whatever i could carry, bcoz my flight will not be boarded until midnight. not the best way to arrange flights. good on me. syafiq my beloved cute cuddly charming housemate drop me off at the adelaide airport at about 4.20am checked in, go to the toilet, open my pants, put out my.... (boring).... then went out scouring for tv showing a white ball rolling around on a green field.

arrived at the melbourne airport at approximately 8.30am... then... oh im fucked. not literally. i wish i had but i did not. it's just an expression of the ultimate unfuckable time expenditure deficit issue syndrome thingy bobby (UUTEDITB) with the given informed consequences of the gap between the two flights.

ok, i actually already planned ahead, or maybe beyond the problematic predicament. so it's still a problem, but not as big, still fucked but not as fucked, so it's like half-fucked. while waiting i managed to finish 4 movies (Ip Man 2, Madagascar 2, ketika cinta bertasbih, n XXX2, oh i dont remember but who cares anyway) as well as playing PES on my laptop in between.

like the wise men say, good things worth waiting. the stewardess were nice, like nice nice. no wonder they won lots of awards. n the uniform fits them well. as much as they're looking fwd to fly with me again (that what they said at the end of the journey), i don't mind doing any other thing than flying with them at anytime soon. well done air asia, keep up the good stuff, if it cant, push up bras might come in handy.

i just dont know what to write or say anymore, you can read abt them here. i just hope that everything went well and i'll be home in about 2 weeks time. we can hav a quiet time together (as if we r quiet when we're together pffft!) n we can work on the things we have to. seriously, i've never felt so sad for somebody else before. i learn't that im more of an angry person than a saddy-teary-cryy (wtf!) person, i would rather punch somebody's face than cry, especially ugly fat dopey chix, if u r fat n cute, u r safe. no, i don't really punch people. im a peace-loving creature who make jokes abt fat ppl n that's it.

as i mentioned before, i passed my acute care rotation last friday, i bought myself a pack of white timtams, which i think is so much better than the double coated timtams. now i can focus (kahkahkahkah) on my prostate cancer project n get it done today or later tomorrow.

this week, the foxes played away at the Blue Eagles', at the Marden sporting complex. the senior game was an interesting one, since their physio (peter, used to be my colleague at uni) was the busier one, 1 ankle injury, 1 cracked ribs etc. ambo has to be called. oh who doesnt like ambo chix, i mean cute ambo chix in the paramedic uniform....(googling cute chix in ambo uniform)... oh back to the footballing bits, 1 red cards, team mates sworn at each other, armband changed 3 times, club managers had a heated hard time with the officials (eventhough the official was a female, it's not that hard time im talking abt), it does shows the crisis level at the moment. hopefully they'll get some points in coming matches.

adoi. malas la plak nk tulis pjg2. basically sabtu lepas Ringgosteen & Ex-bos aku yg perasan macho tuh telah mengorganise satu cycling trip yg konon2nye berobjektifkan fitness dan show off semata2. program pendakian solo 1malaysia nih disertai oleh aku, tokey SB, ringgo dan Nazerul mclovin. konon2 nk start pkl 7am from the vlg, pkl 5.30am aku dh bgn setelkan brekfes sume utk cycle g city. dh la sejuk. atas budi bicara ringgo, die agree utk start lambat sket, pkl 8am. so 7.30am aku dh start cycle so dat aku sampai the vlg on time.

namun, bak kata pepatah "malang xberbau" xmcm perfume awek2 yg boleh dihidu dari seberang jalan, ringgo mengalami komplikasi dgn basikal yg cube di pow dr budak jr. RINGGO TELAH FAIL UTK MENGEPAM TAYAR BESKAL DAN TERSANGKUT DI BAWAH JAMBATAN ibarat layang2 terputus talian hayatnya. silalah gelakkan beliau wahahahahah! namun setelah mendapat konsultasi dr aku yg berpengalaman lagi bestari ini, mission kami berjaya diteruskan, dan perjalanan bermula pada jam. 11am (7.30am waktu mesia). baru la pendakian solo 1malaysia.

berbekalkan ketabahan, kegigihan dan ketakwaan, ktorg berjaye menamatkan cycling kat Mt Lofty Summit pd pkl 1.30pm, selepas beberape pit stop akibat perbezaan rutin workout. sbg contoh, main routine nazeerul adelah menolak basikal manakala main rutin ex-bos adelah mengambil gamba. routine aku mcm bese mengusha keindahan ciptaan tuhan. routine ringgo plak aku xbape sure, mungkin utk usha2 gunung utk start lombong kot. by the time sampai kat atas tuh sume bekalan makanan aku dah tandus. nazeerul plak dgn selambe je menghabeskan stok air aku midway. dem r.

kayuh sampai gila

utk menyelebratekan kejayaan ktorg yg tiada tolok bandingannya itu, ktorg telah lunch kat cafe atas tuh. dem abes $80 lebey kurg. mcm bese makanan die mesti r spesel. aku telah mengorder "special south australian beer buttered rake with chips and salad" a.k.a fish&chips (bese r cafe exclusive name nk kne fancy). dem. sape la punye idea nk makan kat sini. nafsu serakah xleh nk tahan lapar sp turun bawah.

lepas makan ktorg yg beriman nih pon solat r berjemaah kat atas tuh, berkiblatkan kaabah tapi diselang seli permandangan berupa bidadari seksi pelbagai bentuk yg lalu lalang. makin byklah pahala ktorg dapat npk gayenye. lepas puas amik gamba ktorg pon start turun. mak aih, xsampai 20mins dh sampai bawah. gle xpuas ati.

anugerah peserta terbaik aku kasi kat nazeerul. walaupon aku expect die pull out 30mins into the program, die berjaya mengatasi kementalannya utk sampai kat atas tuh. gile ape. kl aku dah lame aku balik tdo makan aiskrim.

sampai2 vlg sume bedal nasik plak. aku telah membedal 4 ketul ayam dan nasik sekaligus, menggambarkan kerakusan kami terhadap kejayaan yg membanggakan. mlm tuh plak aku cycle balik paradise sbb landlord aku nk dtg kutip sewa pg esok tuh.

been there done that, n i'm looking fwd to do it again. dis time kte race plak r. nih kne benti2 tggu budak tolak beskal sambil makan mamee mmg xleh blah r oi.

saturday well spent. too bad i wont be as free on saturdays starting next week. i'll be back with the Cumby boys, hoping for another successful season.

sejak akhir2 nih rs mcm tensen lak kje. mungkin sbb org2 yg kje skalik tuh lembap2 belake. sape2 yg kje closing tau r betape tensennye kje ngn org2 lembap time close. haih. on a better note, amber called me just now, asking me if i can work tomorrow. yes double pay wahahahaha!

n mggu lps dh dpt email from Cumberland Utd, pre season matches akan start ujung bulan nih. i'll start commuting to n fro the Bailey reserve not until feb. saje buat2 bz konon hahahaha.

2. Visa

my visa extension application has been approved, which enables me to stay here until mid yr 2011. hopefully i'll be working as a proper physio around that time. amin.

3. Sports

i havnt been lucky last nite, all the team/person i backed to win lost. 1st up, it was fernando gonzalez lost to roddick. Roddick was childish to whinge abt the fan, well he was losing at that moment. just keep ur money n shut up dude. these ppl pay a lot to watch u play.

then, arsenal were humiliated by stoke city. they were rather more a weakened backline than a weakened side. lack of organisation at the back cost the team heavily. well, same old story and we'll see how these boys will respond against Aston Villa this thursday.

finalmente, i spent sometime watching Ivory Coast Vs Algeria. straight away we can see why Algeria able to qualify to the WC later this yr. the dessert fox were sharp on the attack, and made the Ivorians look average. eventho Kolo Toure's was mistakenly ruled off-side, Algeria were the deserved winner.

4. TDU '10

i managed to join the crowd of cycling lovers touring the Tour Village last week to catch a glimpse of the stars. dapat gk free lip balm beberape bijik n other free stuffs, n test brg2 yg pelik2.

last week berjaye bli 2nd hand washing machine $50 drpd seorg makcik beranak 2. nasib baik anak ko kecik ag.

n berjaye jugak mengebay sepasang roller blades utk aktiviti praktis2 bile bosan.

4. Bola

Setelah seminggu yg bosan tanpa football action, Arsenal mng 2-0 smlm. next fixtures shud be crucial for the title bid. Bolton, Aston Villa, ManU, Chelsea & Liverpool consecutively. not the best timing since a lot of players r still injured and re-injured and Alex Song is in Africa.

5. TDU 2010

Lance Armstrong is in town, so do Robbie McEwen, Cadel Evans etc. wish i had joined the Lance Twitter ride last saturday, but i was too lazy to go down there early in the morning. i'm going to get some of the tour's merchandises tomorrow or later this week hopefully.

Minggu terbosan dan xdek life dlm tempoh setaun kot. while a lot of things r happening in malaysia, like some ultra malay dumbass torched few churches, harga gula naik, AJL 24 (tembam gle siti), pendakian solo 1Malaysiacrap, a lot of football matches played etc, nothing really happened on this side of the world, on my side of the world actually. watched 3-4 movies shows how bored i am.

1. kje

it turned out to b a profitable week, i worked 10 days in a row. not dat im very in love with the job, it's the double pay on day 7, 8, 9 & 10 which got me pumped. that is 20+ hrs of double pay (not including new year). so guys please take more leave during holiday period.

2. bola

dem bosan salji tron in the UK means scarce footballing action. main bola dh xdek org. mungkin aku boleh kontek2 abang fit utk design satu action plan utk mementenkan kehotan body kami nih.

3. med checkup

so dh setel med checkup utk visa, they didnt find anything wrong with me (physically), and the doctor was really friendly, much better than the nurses. my left eyesight deteriorates slightly, otherwise im still at 108/64 range. so it's all good at the moment.

4. gelombang panas

2-3 hari 40+ so semakin rangup r telur2 ktorg kat oz nih. predicted cool front will/should/must reach adelaide around 5am tomorrow morning. so sape2 yg tdo bogel2 tuh jage r kang xpasal2 keras xtentu hala.
